The packages are tested against Python 2.7

For refenrece to the CIMv14 standard see “EN 61970-301-2013-05 Energy Management System Application Program Interface (EMS-API). Part 301 Common Information Model (CIM) base” and “EN 61970-452-2013-07 Energy Management System Application Program Interface (EMS-API). Part 452 CIM Static transmission network model profiles”. Their drafts are freely available (after free registration) in the CIM User Group website http://cimug.ucaiug.org/default.aspx . Again from the CIM User Group you can also download the UML design files and view them with the freely available viewer http://www.sparxsystems.eu/enterprisearchitect/ea-lite-edition/
